1. Booking Confirmation Process
Once you submit a request to book a tour package, we will send you an email to initiate the reservation process. After we have successfully secured all hotel bookings and services included in your itinerary, you will receive an official Tour Confirmation Document. This document will contain:
- Final hotel names and details
- Confirmed travel dates
- Complete day-by-day itinerary
To secure your booking, we require an advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost. The remaining 70% can be paid upon your arrival in India. This process ensures transparency and confirms your travel plans with us.
2. Payment Policy
An advance payment is required to confirm all contracted services. The remaining balance can be settled either:
- Before your departure from your home country, or
- Upon arrival in India, as agreed between you and our team.
The amount of the advance is determined based on the type of service and the time remaining before your tour begins. Please note:
- Peak season bookings (e.g., festivals, holidays)
- Special train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Maharajas’ Express)
- Certain high-demand hotels or experiences
May require full payment in advance, as specified in your personalized travel proposal.
3. Payment Details
Payment schedules vary based on the type of booking:
- For Individual Travelers (FIT):
- 30% upon confirmation of booking
- 70% upon arrival in India or on the first day of the tour
- For Independent Travel Groups (IG):
- 50% upon confirmation of booking
- 50% one month before arrival in India or before the tour start date
Payments from abroad can be made via bank transfer to our account or by credit card.
4. Flexibility in Travel Planning
We offer fully customizable tour packages. You can modify any proposed itinerary to match your travel style, extend your tour to nearby cities, or adjust daily activities based on your interests and schedule.
5. Physical Requirements
Our tours are designed to be accessible and involve minimal physical activity, requiring no special preparation. Should you require mobility assistance (e.g., wheelchair access) or any other support, please inform us in advance. We are committed to accommodating your needs to ensure a comfortable travel experience.
6. Included vs. Optional Activities
Upon receiving your travel inquiry, we will provide a detailed itinerary with hotel options and costs. All activities included in your package will be listed under “Package Inclusions.” Any additional or optional activities not included in the package will be at your own expense.
Please note: Once your itinerary is confirmed, refunds cannot be provided for any excluded activities that you later choose not to participate in.
