1. Cancellation Charges

To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive your written notice, as follows:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 30% of the tour cost retained
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost retained
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 70% of the tour cost retained
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show:  100% of the tour cost retained

Note: Special bookings, such as train journeys or peak-season hotels, may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

2. Refund Guidelines

If you cancel your trip after it has begun, any refund will be limited to the amount we are able to recover from our partners (hotels, transporters, etc.). Unused services, such as accommodation, transport, or meals, are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payer within 2–4 weeks after cancellation approval, and any applicable bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Personal Spending & Emergency Fund

We recommend budgeting for personal expenses such as shopping, optional activities, beverages, and gratuities. Additionally, we advise carrying an emergency fund of $200 USD for unforeseen events or changes during your trip.

5. Responsibilities & Limitations

  • Price Revisions: Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel costs, or other third-party charges after finalizing your tour cost will be payable additionally.
  • Third-Party Services: India TravelHub acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers.
  • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, operational requirements, or participant safety.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering accidents, illness, theft, trip cancellation, and personal liability before your departure.
  • Personal Belongings: All luggage and personal effects are the traveler’s responsibility throughout the trip.
  • Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments are accepted only if the cardholder or one of the travelers in the group is part of the tour.

6. Addressing Issues During Travel
