At India Travel Hub, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our service partners. Please review the following terms before booking:

Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 15 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable transaction or booking fees.
  • 7 to 14 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour price.
  • Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund will be provided.

Note: Flight, train, or hotel bookings made through us are subject to their individual cancellation policies. Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by the Company

  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disaster, or low bookings), we will offer you:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to reschedule or choose an alternative tour of equal value.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Transaction and processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Modifications

  • You may request date changes at least 7 days before the tour, subject to availability.
  • Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
